By using eCDN, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service. We may update these terms occasionally, so check back once in a while.

What eCDN Is

eCDN is a modern file hosting service that lets you upload, store, and share a wide variety of files—including images, GIFs, documents, archives, audio, video, and more. We aim to provide fast, reliable hosting for your content, with instant sharing and easy integration.

What You Can Do

• Upload and share files of many types (images, GIFs, documents, archives, audio, video, etc.) for personal or business use
• Share your uploaded files however you'd like
• Use our service with tools like ShareX and other compatible apps
• Embed your hosted files on websites, social media, or anywhere else
• Download, preview, and manage your files easily

What You Cannot Do

You shall not abuse the service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Uploading illegal content (we're serious about this)
• Sharing copyrighted material you don't own
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious files
• Using our service to store or distribute pirated content
• Using our service to infringe on the rights of others
• Uploading content that violates any applicable laws
• Uploading pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Using our service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempting to hack, overload, or disrupt our systems
• Uploading excessive amounts of junk, spam, or irrelevant content
• Excessive bandwidth consumption or abuse of traffic limits
• Using the CDN for hosting full websites, web apps, or streaming platforms
• Using the CDN to host phishing pages, scam content, or forbidden web-related files (such as .php, .html, .js, .asp, etc.)
• Bypassing security measures, rate limits, or abuse protections
• Hosting or distributing extremist, violent, or hate content
• Using the CDN to deliver crypto mining scripts or similar abuse
• Hosting executables or files designed to cause harm to others
• Re-uploading removed or banned content to evade enforcement

Content Responsibility

You're responsible for what you upload. Make sure you have the right to share it and that it's legal. We're not responsible for reviewing every upload, but we'll remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Service Availability

We try to keep eCDN running smoothly, but sometimes things break. We don't guarantee 100% uptime and we're not liable if the service is temporarly unavailable.

Rate Limits

We impose reasonable rate limits to ensure fair usage for everyone. Currently, you can upload up to 15 files per hour. Don't try to circumvent these limits.

File Removal

We reserve the right to remove files that violate these terms, consume excessive resources, or for legal compliance. We'll try to give notice when reasonable, but sometimes we need to act quickly.

Disclaimer & Liability

eCDN is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Use at your own risk.

Termination

We can terminate or suspend access to accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using our service anytime - no hard feelings!

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Montana, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Montana courts.
